The students heard two stories: Digby Takes Charge and Tippy Toe Chick Go. Then they chose one of the stories to create a Beginning-Middle-End project. The photos show students sharing their projects with each other.
Our first grade entrepreneurs did a great job during Market Day this year. They brought in some very unique items to sell and were very diligent in manning their booths. Several sixth graders helped us make change. They will soon be learning how to manage the money they made using the "Spend, Save, Share" method. Enjoy the photos!!
Thanks to Mr. Paveglio the students were treated to a Birds of Prey presentation. They learned loads about these awesome birds. It's amazing how God created each creature to be able to survive in the habitat He placed it in. Ask your first grader what he or she learned.
